David arrived on time. Listened while I explained what was going on. Got out his ladder and started taking pictures. Very personable. Very professional. Yay!

The cost estimate was very fair.Once the repairs were scheduled, Billy came by a few days before the repair to see if he could match the color of the current shingles.
