Services

John, Tommy, and Anastasia provided us the above and beyond kind of service. God bless y’all for taking such good care of us!

John and the crew were great! Touched base with me every step of the way. They were very caring with the work installing our new roof. They cleaned up everyday after themselves, ran magnets for nails and even double swept the yard where my dogs go out to be sure everything was cleared. The roof looks great! Home looks years younger, the new skylight with remote control shade is awesome, very happy with the work done. Would definitely recommend! [ Read Less – ]

Excellent hardworking crew on install. Crew leader Will was great but the service after was nonexistent. They told us that for $500 they would come back and finish the flashing our the chimney (it was being built during install). But then they wouldn’t take our calls or return e-mail. Left numerous voicemails. Probably called 20 times. Final inspection for home is tomorrow and we’re pretty sure we’re going to fail bc of Pisgah. Scrambling to find another roofing company now to help us. [ Read Less – ]

We had Pisgah do a entire roof less than 5 years ago, so it’s been a bit of a hassle since the new roof began leaking so bad, we now have mold, water damage in the house (ceiling) and when they finally did come to fix it, they used mismatched shingles. So, our new roof looks like a nasty patch job, but it apparently doesn’t matter to JACK whom we’ve been trying to get back, and finish restoration on their mess. I wrote another review about the issues trying to get someone out to fix the major leaks…. it took that to get any answers or cooperation in this matter, I trusted you Jack and deleted that review…. But, now here we are again… we’ve been trying for weeks to get Pisgah (Jack) to make this right. Nothing. This company has shown us, we absolutely do NOT matter. You’ve been paid, so we’re of no consequence to you apparently. Rest assured with the $$$$$ spent on this new roof, I will not let this go! If we already have had such major leaks in a new roof, I shutter to think of it in 10 more years. I would NOT recommend Pisgah at this point to do a shed. I really do miss the days of honest people in business, where their word meant something. Jack, you were made aware as we ultimately spoke to you directly. But, after months, a couple of guys showed up, and 1 did the work of 3 men. Thus far, it stands as fixed. I’m not certain how or why you’re not up to date on customer situations occurring with your company, but perhaps you would be best served if take more time to physically touch base with clients who are voicing issues. I wish I could say, it’s been a positive experience but it honestly has not. [ Read Less – ]

Anyone looking for a professional and experienced roofing company? If so this is the one to call. Jack, Tommy, Devin and especially John, Carlos and Pachinko did an amazing job on the roof, gutters and fascia. The roof was removed AND replaced (including clean up) in two days. On a 3600 square foot home… that’s incredible! If I had another home that needed a roof, these are the guys I would call again. [ Read Less – ]

Brandon, Destin & all the roofers were wonderful! They were friendly, professional, prompt and hardworking. Their price beat several other quotes we received and their warranty is unmatched. They picked up after themselves and the new roof looks absolutely fantastic! HIGHLY recommend them!
