We had a fairly small roof leak during Helene. It only leaked during hard rains but obviously something wasn’t sealed properly. We still have a water stain on the ceiling. We’ve hired two different contractors who “fixed” the problem. We paid them both. We finally called Pisgah. They were fantastic. They were on time and completely professional. Communication was exceptional. Besides finding and fixing the problem, they found additional spots that needed attention, repaired those, added more flashing all around, cleaned the roof and skylights, and cleaned up.Here’s the thing – Pisgah originally told us that their base cost was $750, and there wasn’t $750 worth of work. They didn’t want to overcharge us, so they were going to decline. We hired them anyway since we had previously paid to have it fixed. After a LOT more work than originally anticipated, they only asked for the agreed cost of $750. I’m sure the final work was more than original estimate, but they stuck with their word. They easily could have walked after little work but high ethics prevented that. Ten stars. Will never hire anyone else. [ Read Less – ]

Very heloful. The old structure needs other work besides a roof and Anastasia and Billy pointed out several features to be aware of going forward. Good information as I decide what to do.

David was courteous, kind. He explained all details involved in the job and worked with me on any additional details.

Absolutely amazing, Anastasia was so awesome talking to over my roof ,and she even explained stuff about my insurance payout I didnt know about. I love her personally and humor .

We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and workmanship of our roof and gutters that Pisgah Roofing completed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

So far just an inspection and estimate, but Kristopher my estimator was kind, honest and very detailed. I really appreciate that. If I go with PR&R, I’ll update this review with the info. Thanks Kris!
